Cancellation Policy

We want to provide peace of mind and help guests book with some fluidity around future travel plans.
With this in mind, we have adapted our cancellation policies for new bookings to allow for extra flexibility when booking direct with Veeve.

If you do need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing cancellations@veeve.com, quoting your booking ID.

CANCELLATION TERMS:

Please consult your booking confirmation email for the cancellation terms as advised at time of booking.

DIRECT BOOKINGS WITH VEEVE:

When making a new booking direct with Veeve via our website or through our sales team, your chosen property will have one of the following cancellation policies:

- Flexible

If you booked directly with Veeve and wish to cancel your stay, you will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 14 days before check-in.

Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions (COVID-19 or otherwise), will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in.

Documentary proof may be required if you are seeking to cancel a booking between 14 and 5 days of check-in due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions.

Bereavement or serious illness of a member of your household or close family member meaning you need to stay at home and cannot travel.

Government restrictions (COVID-19 or otherwise) means you are unable to travel due to the restrictions imposed.

- Moderate

If you booked directly with Veeve and wish to cancel your stay, you will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 30 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 30 days before check-in.

- Strict

If you booked directly with Veeve and wish to cancel your stay, you will receive a 50% refund if cancelling at least 30 days before check-in, no refund if cancelling less than 30 days before check-in.

BOOKINGS MADE WITH VEEVE PARTNERS:

For bookings made with a channel partner (Airbnb, Booking.com, Homes & Villas by Marriott International, VRBO etc), please refer to your booking confirmation for details on your chosen cancellation policy.

If you are unsure of your cancellation policy, you can contact our team by emailing cancellations@veeve.com, quoting your booking ID. We will advise as to your options depending on the cancellation policy selected and partner with who you made your reservation with.
