LIVING & DINING AREA
As avid and frequent explorers, the apartment is filled with beautiful ceramics and art from the owners’ travels around the world. A large, comfortable sofa and Togo armchair (in limited edition print) offer the space you need to relax with a book (of which there are plenty on the shelves) or in front of the large TV. For audiophiles, one owner’s musical past has seen to the careful curation of fantastic sound system. A round, oak dining table in the bay window carries the patina of many a good dinner party hosted in this room in the past.
KITCHEN
Make your way to the other side of the home to find the fully equipped kitchen, where warm oak cabinetry contrasts beautifully with sleek white Corian countertops and green marble backsplashes. This beautiful kitchen includes a Sage espresso machine, large fridge/freezer, Neff oven, and Miele gas hob, as well as a wide array of beautiful ceramics and dinnerware collected around the world. The kitchen’s Dutch door opens onto a small, romantic balcony from which you can also access the shared garden. For outdoor enthusiasts, a shared barbeque area is at your disposal.
BEDROOM
The main bedroom is a calm and simple space to rest, with warm oak Japanese-style joinery mirroring that of the kitchen. A comfortable king-sized bed and soft warm carpet are flanked by a beautiful view of the garden and surrounding ancient trees, where squirrels and birds are welcome neighbours. The wardrobe opposite offers storage, except for its right-most section, which opens up to offer a surprise…
BATHROOMS
…the en-suite bathroom, which has a newly fitted shower and a wash basin as well as heated towel rails. Another full bathroom contains a bath with an overhead shower and a wash basin (in iconic Vola brassware), as well as a washing machine and dryer in a hand-made Japanese oak cabinet. Head back to the hallway for a separate WC. (Note that the apartment has another bedroom which is not for usage by guests.)

Cancellation Policy
Full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 14 days before check-in. Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions (COVID-19 or otherwise), will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in.
